The original
long sleeves of this Wilson durene knit jersey were shortened by the team. The upper portions of the reinforced
elbows remain. The size (50) has been handwritten in.
In 1972 the Lions added silver trim around the blue numbers. The sleeve stripe color is woven into the
material. In 1973 they would add silver trim along the blue sleeve stripes as well.
